WHAT IS THE K9 HIPLIGN™?
The patented K9 HipLign™ garment is a first-to-market wearable therapy for canine hip dysplasia, particularly for dogs with mild to moderate cases. This form-fitting therapeutic garment is designed to promote improved posture and dynamic stabilization around the hip joints, which can lead to decreased pain and better mobility.Â
Our product has been clinically validated, and results show both reduction in pain and improvement in range of motion. Over 95% of dogs tested have accepted our product at first use.
The garment does not constrict movement as braces do and is not a compression device. Instead, it is comprised of a form fitting, 4-way stretch material which provides sensory input through the dog’s trunk as it stands and moves, promoting more correct posture. In addition, there are 4 elastic straps which provide a balanced resistance to the muscles surrounding the dog’s core and hips which will over time help to build musculature. This, in turn, can help provide more dynamic stability to the hips, which can reduce friction and pain associated with hip dysplasia.

- Your dog has already been diagnosed with mild to moderate case of canine hip dysplasia.

On my constant search to find innovative tools to help my VERY BEST FRIEND, I found the Hiplign body wrap. At 11 his hips are getting more and more unstable, but with his “Super Dog Cape ” he walks straight and stays aligned. Hi, just wanted to tell you we left the “belt” at my daughter’s house and Charlie went a month without it. It got so bad he could barely make it to the park (25 yards before limping and in pain, we thought it was time to make final decision). We got the belt back yesterday and put it on this morning it was like a miracle, even jogging… and able to have the longest walk for ages with no limping. Thanks a million, what a product 🙂
…check out Mya’s new vest from K9HipLign. It’s supposed to help her walk better–she’s an old girl and has hip dysplasia/arthritis. She also has an allergy to glucosamine, so she doesn’t have a ton of options to help her out aside from prescription medications, like Rimadyl (which she takes). The hoomans put the vest on her tonight and she was already moving better and had better posture! We’re excited to see her progress with her new fashion statement!
