RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is our policy to do everything we can, within reason, to make your purchase a positive experience. We’d like nothing more than to have our product be helpful to your dog, but we understand things and circumstances can change and may require both you and us to be flexible. Please follow the instructions below for returns and exchanges.
HOW DO I RETURN THIS PRODUCT?
Please email us at Contact@K9Motion.com for your return label and instructions for sending the garment back to us. Depending on the reason for the return, we will either ask you to send the garment back to us or email you a prepaid return label that you can use to return and track your package. When we receive your package, a credit for the original purchase price of the product, less any restocking fee, will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note the garment may only be returned if it is in clean, resalable condition or only if there is a manufacturing defect. The restocking fee, if any, depends on reasonable level of wear to the garment that you’re returning.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Email us at Contact@K9Motion.com first so we can advise you on selecting a better size for your dog. Then we’ll give you instructions for doing the exchange. You’ll need to include the garment with the packing slip and note stating the new size you’d like to exchange it for. Please note there may be an additional $9.95 shipping charge for sending you the new garment. The garment that you are sending back to us should also be in clean, unused, resalable condition to prevent any restocking fee.
